Little changes in the world. A "take from the rich, give to the poor" figure with his band of supporters operates deep in Madhya Pradesh. If he is doing half of what is attributed to him, he must have quite a financial network too, unless his money is kept in cash under a tree somewhere. Half modern, half mediaeval.
