EU aid to post-Soviet states has limited impact
EU aid to Melarus, ukraine and Moldova to fight human trafficking, corruption and smuggling achieving little, Court of Auditors say.

Amazing how Belarus is short changed when the Belarus government has taken more steps to publicize there sex trafficking problem compared to the two other recipient countries.
